1950s 1960s Vintage Vanity Fair Off-white Lace detail Night Gown - XS to Sm
Such a lovely long night gown for any special occasion! Slightly sheer with some lovely lace detailing. Fabric tag says nylon on tricot. The label is for Vanity Fair and says size 36. You do want it to be somewhat loose and comfy as it is a nightgown. For reference, model is modern size 4/6 and dress form is size XS. Model is also wearing an additional slip underneath - you can see it in some pictures, especially at the bodice.

Bust: 32-37 inches (somewhat accommodating because of the gathering)
Waist : about 29 inches
Hips: about 37/38 inches
Length: 57 inches
Good vintage condition - Some overall wear to the piece. You can see in the last photo there is an overall texture to the fabric -this is usually how nylon exhibits wear. There are also some teeny pinholes and tiny pulls found too. Some loose threads that do not seem to impact wear. Lace look to be in good shape overall with some slight fraying on the edges in places and some teeny tiny holes. One small spot found near the hem on the lace. Item is delicate.
