1910s Antique Vintage Edwardian Vest Creamy White or Ivory Cotton Summer Waistcoat - MENS Sm to Md
This amazing antique summer waistcoat is constructed of a creamy white or ivory colored cotton which has a slight brocade-like pattern and works well with so many outfits. Dress it up for a more traditional look or layer it for a fun fresh boho look! There are four pockets (yes four!!) and antique shell buttons with metal backs. The waist can be cinched in the back. My favorite part of this piece though, is the incredible hand-stitching for the button holes. Based upon the style, hand-stitching for the button holes, the buttons, and the fabric, I believe this to be Edwardian- Therefore an antique. For reference, model is modern women's size 4/6 and dress form is women's modern Medium. It should likely best fit a mens modern Medium, maybe a Small. That said please refer to measurements below to ensure proper fit!

Measurements buttoned and not cinched in back:
Bust: 38 inches

Additionally some rust spots, most on the interior and back. Some small pin needle sized rust spots on back of vest. The loop closure to cinch the waist is missing. It can be tied or a loop could be added.
