1940s Vintage Brown Corde Handbag with attached Coin purse

A lovely example of a 1940s corde clutch! But in the rare, but coveted brown color corde! It zips at the top with a large plastic zipper and has a corde zipper pull. There is an additional attached brown coin purse too! There are no labels or tags to this piece. It does not have solid sides, so it does flop a bit (as is standard for this style of bag).

The bag is relatively flat and measures about 7 inches tall x 14 inches wide x about 1.5 inches deep. The top area - where the bag closes - is a bit wider.

Good Vintage Condition: There is minor overall wear to the piece. A few areas with a few loose threads have been zoomed into in some of the images. Interior lining is in good shape as well, but has some minor spotting. Some tarnish to the metal clasp of the coin purse.
