1940s Vintage Scottish Wool Country Life Navy Blue Skirt - Xs
Such a lovely 40s Scottish wool skirt. While it is wool, it is lighter weight making it ideal for spring! While it is shorter, which was common during the war years of the 40s, there is a surprising amount of hem (which was not usually the case to pieces from this period for rationing reasons). The good news is, you could make it longer if you choose! The label is for “Country Life’”. Zips and hooks up the side. Would likely best fit an extra small, but please see measurements below for sizing. Model is modern size 4/6 for reference and it was really tight in the waist.

Good Vintage Condition - Overall wear to item. There is some loose threads here and there. The inner lining is only on half of the skirt- it does seem to like to bunch up sometimes. The kick pleat also has some minor loose stitching. The tags have some wear.
