This dress has it al! The pin-tuck bodice, rhinestone buttons, peplum, and sailor style collar are all brought together and softened by the lovely dusty or mauve pink color of the dress. The rhinestone buttons are just decorative. Partially zips up the back with a metal zipper, but it is still a pullover piece. Fabric feels like a type of crepe. Label is for Mitchell Frocks. Would likely best fit a modern Medium, maybe a Large but please see measurements as hip may be a tad too small for a Large! Dress form is a modern Medium for reference.

Bust: 37 inches from flat lay, but its about 40 inches accounting for darting and pulled taught
Waist: 31 inches
Hips: 39 inches
Length: 42.5 inches from shoulder, down
Sleeve Length: 8 inches
Fair vintage condition - The piece does present beautifully overall and does seem structurally wearable BUT there is some overall wear to item and as such it may be best for a costume piece. Most notably is the color fade throughout the dress. Its most obvious to my eye in the photos of the profile of the dress on the dress form as the sides and shoulders seem the most faded to my eye, but it is faded throughout (also see up close pictures). There are also numerous marks/spots to the piece that did not come out with cleaning, including an area on the back near the hem that is a sort of faint purple. Some pulls as well as loose threads here and there and some wear to the inner seam allotments and the shoulder pads but these issues should not impact wear. A few small wear spots, the largest I found was on the shoulder. The rhinestones are all intact, but a bit cloudy and the button on the peplum droops. Belt loops, but no belt. The edges of the collar and peplum are not perfectly straight across, likely due to it being washed and then steamed rather than ironed. SOLD AS IS.
