1950s 1960s Vintage Black Shirtwaist Front Button Cotton Summer Sun Dress - Sm
Classic and simple. This black front button shirt-waist 50s/60s dress has lovely large buttons that set this apart and really stand out as a lovely contrast against the black. The dress has a nice high neckline and pretty pleating in the skirt. Fabric feels like cotton. No labels, but a worn tag was found. Would likely best fit a modern small. For reference the model is a modern 4/6.

Good vintage condition- Some overall wear to piece. There is some overall color fading to the color of the dress- like something that has been washed many times. The worst of this seems to be the underarms and at the waist. Minor marks and creases - as though from ironing. The threaded eye at the waist is hard to thread the hook through, but it does work. Some wear /scratches to the buttons. Belt loops, but no belt. Photos up close show it more grey than it really is - but that was the only way to show the flaws.
