Waist: 30 inches from flat lay and doubled, but about 31 from when pulled taught.
Hips: relatively open given flare style of dress but about 46 inches to keep pleating in tact
Length: 40 inches (from back of neck, down)
Good vintage condition - Some overall wear to the dress. Some minor overall color fade noted to the print, like what one would expect from something thats been washed a few times. Some wear to tag. Some very very slight discoloration at the underarms as well as some marks present on the piece that did not come out with cleaning. Thankfully most of the marks I found are not too obvious as the pleating of the skirt distract ones eye and hides things fairly well in my opinion. Some wear to belt - bending, marks, some wear to fabric. A few loose threads and some wear to the seam allotments as expected, but this does not seem to impact wearability at all.
