An ethereal vision of tulle in a lovely almost sky blue color. The light blue tulle lays atop a blue, almost periwinkle underdress. The tulle is subtly gathered at the bust and exhibits a fun texture along the skirt. The bust portion is boned. Zips up the side with a metal zipper. There is no maker tag. The dress would likely best fit a modern Medium. For reference, dress form is a modern size medium and it seemed to fit nicely. Model is a modern 4/6 for reference. Model and dress form show dress with a petticoat underneath for more volume, this is not part of the dress and is not for sale.

Measurements :
Bust: 34 from flat lay, but this does not account for the cups from the boning I would say about 35- 36 inches is best accounting for the cups . For reference dress form has 36 inch bust and it fit well.
Waist: 29 inches
Hips: about 43 inches for the underdress
Length: about 46 inches (from top of bodice, down)
Fair vintage condition - Presents absolutely beautifully and can be worn as is, but like with most vintage tulle dresses this one is not perfect. There are two layers of tulle and then the underskirt. It seems for the most part, most of the issues are to the top layer of tulle. Some expected small holes, edges that are not perfectly straight and some marks. The most noticeable - but actually to me personally was not that noticeable of an issue because of the underlay of tulle- is a rip to the tulle near the hem. I had thought about restitching it together, but it would be a very visible mend and I think would actually draw more attention to it. As such I have left it (see last photo). Otherwise there are also some areas of discoloration, most of this is present in the underdress. There are also marks/spots to the underdress. Some wear to the seam allotments and a few loose threads here and there that do not seem to impact wear. Rust to the hook, near zipper. Some bending to the boning in the bodice. Texture/pattern of top layer of tulle on the skirt seems a tad off center, but that may just be me/ my use of the petticoat underneath. If it is off, it’s how it was made.
