1950s Vintage Lucite and Metal Basket Weave Box Purse
A lovely example of a mid century woven metal basket box purse, with lucite (or plastic?) top. The interior is red. Bag has a top handle, and opens like a basket! Should be large enough to fit a phone - though when I did it with mine I could not put both my phone AND epi-pen inside, so if you need to carry one be warned!

Approximate Measurements:
6 inches across at the top (4 inches across the bottom) x 4 inches deep x 5 inches high (without handle)
Good to Fair Vintage Condition- Some overall wear. The worst issue is the warping to the lid - it makes it a bit difficult to shut, but it does still shut! Otherwise everything else is as expected from a bag like this - There is some overall wear to the bag. There are a number of small scuffs, marks, and scratches as well as tarnish and rust to the metal, especially on the bottom. This was really hard to demonstrate in photos as the pictures keep wanting to show the reflected items in the metal instead. Some very fine/small micro cracks as well as scratched to the plastic lid and handle. The interior exhibits some marks and wear as well.
