I truly believe that you can never go wrong with a peplum! This gorgeous and unique dress features a lovely pink and red toned rose pattern. The garment zips up the side with a metal zipper - the side zipper does still make this a pullover piece. There is no label, it may possibly be home made. Fabric feels like cotton. It would likely best fit a modern day Petite Small, given the torso length (see photo) - but please see measurements. Model is modern size 4-6 for reference and it felt short in the torso for her.

Bust: 33 inches from flat lay; but 34 inches pulled taught and trying to account for darting.
Waist : 26 inches
Hips (for the layer under the peplum): 35 inches / 36 pulled taught
Length: 39 inches from shoulder down
Good Vintage Condition- Some overall wear to the piece. Some slight discoloration and very faint pink color to the cream fabric (likely from years of color run). There are a few marks that did not come out with cleaning. Some loose threads here and there as well as wear to the inner seam allotments that do not seem to impact wear. Not a flaw, just how its made, but the straps snd hems seem hand sewn.
