1960s 1970s Vintage Jean Castle Red Grey & Brown Plaid Pant Vest Suit Set - Sm
What a great set for Autumn! This late 60s or early 70s plaid set features warm tones of red, brown, and grey. Pair it with a fun turtleneck or undershirt to stay extra cozy for all your Fall festivities! The vest has no closures and is not lined. Pants are lined and zip up the side with Taylon zipper and hook at the top as well. Exterior fabric feels like wool. Label is for Jean Castle. Would likely best fit a modern Small. For reference model is modern women’s size 4/6 and while overall it did technically work, pants were a tad bit too tight for comfort. So please see measurements!

Bust: relatively open as there is no closure (about 38 inches if you measure seam to seam though)
Hem: relatively open as there is no closure (about 38 inches if you measure seam to seam though)
Length: 22 inches
Measurements of Pants :
Waist: 25 inches; 26 pulled taught
Hips : 36 inches
Length: 40.5 inches
Front Rise: 13.5 inches
Inseam: 28.5 inches
Good vintage condition - Some overall wear to both pieces. A few loose threads that do not seem to impact wear. There is a few small spots and specks of color difference in the wool, but these are not flaws, just variation from the dyeing process. Some wear to the interior of the inseams, seen on vest. Minor wear of interior of pants.
Please note, white ruffled shirt is not part of this set, but is for sale separately.
