1960s 1970s Vintage Black Bishop Sleeve Knit Sweater and Skirt Set - Sm to Md
A lovely vintage knit set! The classic black in a textured knit is easy to accessorize! AND THOSE SLEEVES!! they speak for themselves. The sweater is a pull over, with an added tie belt. The skirt is a pull on, with an elastic waist. Feels and looks slightly like boucle knit, possibly a cotton or cotton blend based one. Only tag is lot/size tag in the skirt. There is a bit of give to the fabric too, but not a ton so considering hip size it would likely best fit a modern Small to Medium, For reference model is modern women’s size 4/6. The fabric is slightly see through so you will likely want to wear a slip.

Good vintage condition - Overall wear to pieces. Some pilling, though given the “nubby” nature of the fabric it really isn’t too noticeable. Faint spotting, as well as underarm fading INSIDE the top. Some loose threads that don’t seem to impact wear. Elastic is coming unstitched slightly… but if you want to change it out or leave it for a bit, it shouldn’t matter.
