1960s Vintage Black Sequined Cherry Blossom Shift-Style Silk Party Dress - Sm Md
WOW! This satiny shift-style dress is a show stopper! I mean the details with the beading and multiple colors of sequins is just absolutely stunning, it almost looks like stylized cherry blossoms to me! The pink backdrop with the dress form really highlights the pink sequins. It’s style allows it to be looser at the waist (like is expected for a shift dress) making it both gorgeous AND comfortable! Dress zips up the back. Fabric feels like silk to me, especially the inner lining. There are no labels or tags found. It would likely best fit a modern small or possibly a medium, but please see measurements! For reference, model is modern size 4/6 and it seemed to fit well with a bullet bra; dress form is a modern Medium, but it doesn’t have hips!!

Good vintage condition - Expected overall wear. There is minor loss of some sequins and beads. Some wear to fabric too, especially near the seams. Some loose threads remain, suggesting there may still be bead loss, despite trying to address the issue. There is a lot of hand stitching in places, especially near the zipper, suggesting either it was hand made or repairs were done in the past.
