1960's Vintage Filbert Orcel Olive Green Raffia Straw Spring Summer Hat
This stunning olive green hat would make a great addition to any vintage hat collectors collection. The piece is comprised of what feels like raffia and/ or straw (I personally have a hard time differentiating the two). The piece is further embellished with a green ribbon. Label is for the Filbert Orcel Boutique. The hat is on the smaller side - mannequin head size is 21 inches, hat is just a hair too small to fit properly on it. See measurements below.

Measurements-
Across (from ear to ear): about 6.5 inches (circumference is about 20.5 inches)
Depth : about 5 inches
Good Vintage Condition - Some overall wear to the hat. There are a some marks and areas of discoloration, especially to the inner rim and tag of the hat. A few small pulls to the raffia, but doesn’t seem too obvious. The very edges of the rim of the straw/raffia also show discoloration and wear (see photos). There is also some bending to the piece, but its minimal - I would just recommend storing it with acid free tissue.
