1960s Vintage Frederick & Nelson Mardi Gras Brown Wool-Silk Dress & Jacket Set - Sm
A lovely dress and jacket set for Autumn and Winter! The dress and jacket are a rich dark chocolate brown color. Fabric feels like a wool-silk blend. Both jacket and dress are lined - though in different fabrics. The jacket buttons and snap closes up the front and even features some small hidden pockets! The dress zips up the back. There are two labels - one for Frederick & Nelson and the other for Mardi Gras. Would likely best fit a size small. Model is modern size 4/6 for reference.

Fair vintage condition - Honestly, this set presents beautifully and I think its still wearable as is, but there are some issues! Some minor color fading and wear to the fabric of both pieces overall. There is some ever so slightly more color fade to the underarms of the dress and the inside of the jacket lining as well. There are multiple areas of wear to the fabric, including some small not quite holes on the exterior (also on inside lining of jacket) and wear to the edges of the dress - especial at the neck- as well as the inner seam allotments. A missing rhinestone to one of the buttons.
