An absolutely incredible example of a 1960s winter hat - perfect for the mod 60s snow bunny look! Creamy and fuzzy - this piece feels like its made of mohair or other soft wool-like material (there is no content tag). Stamped for Martelle of West Germany and labeled for Famous Barr as well. Circumference : approximately 22 inches (awkwardly shaped and so it was really hard to measure, but we tried our best!)
Height: approximately 6 inches
Good vintage condition - Some overall wear to the item, especially at the edges of the rim. Most notably, despite brushing, the fuzzy material does not always like to the lay the same way and some areas remain somewhat flattened. Slight discoloration and there are numerous - though mostly small - spots on the piece that I could not remove on the exterior. There is additionally discoloration along the internal rim as well. It does like to become dented if you are not careful, so I recommend storing it with tissue to prevent permeant dents - I will ship it with acid free tissue should you need it!
All measurements are approximate as they are taken flat - for garments specifically this means where applicable (bust, waist, hips) has been doubled unless stated otherwise.
