This lovely early 60s dress is a great item to add to your late Summer to Early Fall wardrobe! The subdued peach and pink colors plus the lovely leaf print make this a great transitional piece. The dress also features large buttons which do actually function - though the ones on the skirt function for no reason as the piece has no need for closure there - but they do look nice! The piece also zips up the side with a metal zipper. A classic fit. While the piece does have a zipper and buttons at the front of the bodice, it is still a pull over piece, so keep that in mind for sizing. Fabric feels like a type of thin crepe. Label is for Rite Fit and has a union tag. It Would likely best fit between a modern Large, possibly an Extra Large but please see measurements and remember it is still a pull over piece! Dress form is modern medium for reference.

Bust: 39 inches from flat lay, but about 41 inches pulled taught and accounting for darting
Waist: 33 inches
Hips: 41 inches, but about 42 inches pulled taught and accounting for darting
Length: 39 inches from back of collar, down
Good vintage condition - Some overall wear to item with some marks and faint areas of discoloration that did not come out with cleaning. One small hole at one of the underarms found that looks to have been a spot thats just worn down. There is one spot (see last two photos) where the piece has been mended at what looks to have been a past rip - this now looks like its just an extra dart on the right front of the bodice. Wear to the inner seam allotments, but should not impact wear. Not really a flaw per se, but many of the seams appear to have been let out - you can see the faint pinholes of where the thread used to be. Belt loops, but no belt. Some wear to tag.
