1970s Vintage Mike Benet Purple Chiffon Formal - XS to SM
My dream dress - purple, chiffon, and a halter… if only she fit! This incredible piece is perfect for that 70’s queen!! Perfect for those summer time weddings! Label is “Mike Benet Formals”. Tag says size 6, but thats a vintage size 6. It would best fit a modern Extra Small, maybe a Small. Model is modern size 4/6 and its slightly tight in the chest.

Measurements :
Bust: Measured flat and doubled was about 31ish inches , but the back is open and this doesn’t accommodate the cups - Dress forms has 32 inch bust and it seemed to fit well there, but model with 34 inches bust was too tight.
Slightly Higher Waist: 25 inches - please ask if you want more measurements
Hips: open chiffon, but underskirt is about 36 inches
Length: 57 inches
Good vintage condition - Some overall wear to item. Minor discoloration to the INSIDE lining of the dress throughout but its seems most obvious near the underarms (see photo). I don’t think this will be noticeable when worn. A few minor snags and wear spots to the chiffon (wear especially noticeable at the back of the neck. There are also a few faint spots on the chiffon that did not come out whit cleaning. Some loose threads that do not seem to impact wear.
