Gotta love a good Hawaiian dress especially when its in a loose and comfy muumuu style! This one comes in lovely red and white hibiscus flower pattern. The garment is a pull over piece as there are no closures to it. Content tags says its 100% cotton. Label is for Hukilau Fashions Honolulu and RN number dates to 1970. It would likely best fit a modern day Medium, maybe a Small. It is meant to have a loose muumuu style fit so please see measurements. Dress form is a modern Medium for reference.

Bust: 36 inches - can likely accommodate a smidge more given the slight bit of gathering found there
Waist : up to 42 inches
Hips: up to 46 inches
Length: about 37 inches measured from shoulder, down
Sleeve Length: about 3.5 inches - sleeves have a slit, so they length varies slightly based on where you measure.
Good Vintage Condition- Some overall wear to the dress. There is a slight color fade to the red, like that of something thats just been washed a few times. There is a few loose threads and some slight wear to the seam allotments, nothing unexpected and this should not impact wear at all. A couple edges of some flowers seem a tad bit pink from some possible color run, but its so difficult to see and even harder to demonstrate with the camera. A few marks and areas of discoloration/yellowing on the white flowers and the most obvious to my eye was near the hem. I did multiple washes to try to remove these marks and stains but I did not soak the piece long term in any of my special stain solutions for fear that the red would color-run all over the flowers. The marks may still come out, but again depending on what solutions you use to clean beyond a mild detergent, you run the risk of the piece bleeding red color everywhere - just FYI!
While I did hand washed the piece (it says you can machine wash it), I did use the dryer to dry it - per the tag instructions. Usually I hang-dry vintage, but when its bright colors like this on cotton, I try to be extra careful to not let pieces sit wet for a long period (aka air drying) so as to prevent color run! I put this one into the dryer on a low delicate cycle and I think it did just fine!
