1980s Vintage Red & Black Holiday Puffed Sleeve Peplum Blouse & Skirt Formal Dress Set - Sm
I honestly think some of the most fun and unique holiday outfits come from the 80s! This dress would make a stunning piece for a more formal holiday event! The puff sleeves and peplum on the top create a lovely curvy silhouette. You could just wear the top as is with pants or you could pair it with the matching skirt! The top zips up partially in the back and the skirt zips up and hooks at the side. There is no label or size tag, just a content tag - acetate and made in U.S.A. Would likely best fit a modern Small. Model is modern size 4/6 for reference and it felt a tad large in the chest, but fit pretty well everywhere else.

Waist : 27.5 inches
Length: about 22 inches (at shortest point of top)
Sleeve Length: about 12 inches
Measurements for Skirt:
Waist: 27 -30 inches (There is elastic in the back)
Hips: 37 inches
Length: 42 inches
Good vintage condition - Some overall wear but presents beautifully. There are a few areas of discoloration/color fade. The less obvious are at the underarms. The more obvious are on the skirt, especially at the sides of the hips. The good news is the eye is generally so distracted by the peplum, its slightly less obvious. A few loose threads that do not seem to impact wear. Fabric likes to wrinkle some so I recommend hangin this as soon as you receive it.
