RARE 1950s 1960s Vintage Sydney Honolulu Striped Green & Blue Blouse - Sm
WOW! This incredibly rare cute vintage top is absolutely stunning! The bright colors and stripes just really pop! The frog closures, high collar, and long thigh slits really make this piece unique. AND it has POCKETS!! The fabric feels like a polished cotton as it has a minor sheen to it, though it could be a silk-cotton blend. The tag Says “Sydney Honolulu” and vintage size 12. Would likely best fit a modern size Small, but see measurements. Model is modern size 4/6 for reference.
Measurements:
Bust: about 35 from flat lay and doubled, but about 36 inches if you are accounting for the darting
Waist: 27/28 inches
Hips: about 37 inches, but honestly it is somewhat open due to the slits
Length: 43 inches
Good vintage condition - Some overall wear to the fabric with some slight fading and small marks, but its still bright and beautiful overall! Some wear on the inside seen too. There was one pen mark found on front (see photos). There is also some pricks to the fabric, most notable at the back (see photos for reference). Some wear to frog closures in front.
Please note the fabric likes to wrinkle easily, you should hang it up as soon as receiving.
