1960s Vintage Hookano Hawaii Shades of Blue Floral Dress with Watteau Back - Sm to Md

WOW! Gotta love a good Hawaiian floral maxi dress! The ones from the 60s are always my personal favorite. This one comes in lovely shades of blue with a leaf and hibiscus flower pattern. The garment zips up the back and features the coveted watteau back pleat! You can also tie the garment on the interior to provide more of a waist! Content says poly- acetate blend. Label for Hookano Brand and was made in Hawaii. Vintage size 10, but would likely best fit a modern day Small to Medium. It is meant to have a loose shift like fit. Please see measurements. Model is modern size 4-6 for reference.

• Bust: up to 36 inches

• Waist : about 30 inches (its meant to be loose, but the wattaeu back pleats give a bit more room too).

• Hips: up to about 42 inches (again the pleats give you a bit more room)

• Length: 52 inches

Good Vintage Condition- Some minor overall wear to the piece. There are a few loose threads here and there that don’t seem to impact wear. There was a small patch of stains that did not come out near the hem. The biggest issue I would say is that there are some overall areas of color fade found throughout the piece - i have tried to photograph the most obvious ones here.
