This is such a fun and unique styled handbag! The piece features glitter and is painted (or printed?) with fern fronds throughout. It is wrapped in a clear plastic to keep everything intact, very common for 50s bags. I have never seen one like this with the ferns though! It closes with a kiss clasp on top and inside has a small zipper pocket. I think label is for “Style-mark” but its a bit faded and hard to read. It should easily fit most modern smart phones, but please see measurements.

Good vintage condition -Some overall wear to the piece. Some spots, marks and scratches to the exterior. I found one small hole in the side to the clear plastic portion of the bag. It also is worth noting that the edges of the bag - specifically the fern pattern - is greener than in the middle of the bag, its as though the rest of it as color faded (or perhaps the edges have color faded from brown to green?). Wear to the color of, slight tarnish to and scratching to the metal pieces of the bag. Some marks, spots, and discoloration to the fabric of the inside as well. Some wear, marks, and scratches to the handle- handle does still bend as it was intended to do! A few minor loose threads on the inside that should not impact wear. It has quit a few dents and crushing at the ides throughout the piece and does not really like to lay flat - I hope you can tell this from the images. Does have a faint cedar smell that I could not get out.
All measurements are approximate as they are taken flat - for garments specifically this means where applicable (bust, waist, hips) has been doubled unless stated otherwise.
