1950s 1960s Vintage Straw Handbag or Beach bag with Blue and Green Raffia Flowers
A lovely vintage handbag with a unique design - a great item for the summer or your next beach trip! The overall piece feels like straw, but it has details of blue and green raffia flowers. The interior is lined in a blue fabric. There are no labels, but given the style and from where it came, I would assume its from the 50s or 60s. Closure is a silver tone metal zipper on top. It should easily fit most modern smart phones (possibly even a tablet or reader for your beach trip!), but please see measurements.

measures about 12.5 inches across (at the widest point) x 11.5 inches tall (not including handles) x 1 inch deep (is pretty flat)
Good vintage condition - Some overall wear to item. Because of the natural material used to create the piece, the bag has areas where the straw (I think its straw) is fuzzy and fraying a bit. The most obvious is photographed at the edge of the bag. There are also a few areas of faint marks on the exterior. The interior fabric lining has a some marks and discoloration. One of the raffia flower knots is not super tight anymore.
